- FCCA / ACCA membership or 'regulated by the ACCA': not carried on the practice's own website and no membership record has been checked.
- ICO registration number: not verified.
- Professional indemnity insurance cover: not verified.
- Client counts, years-in-the-niche figures, savings figures, awards, review scores and testimonials: none supplied, so none are rendered and no AggregateRating schema is emitted.
- A stated response time on the enquiry form: no service standard has been approved, so the form promises a reply by email without a time commitment.
- A formal complaints procedure page: no approved process supplied.
- Named human reviewer beside the last-reviewed date: no person has signed off the technical guides.
How the Guides Are Written
The guides on this site are written and maintained by the HGV Accountants editorial team from current published guidance: GOV.UK, HMRC manuals, the Traffic Commissioners’ statutory documents and DVSA material. Every guide carries a visible list of the sources it was written from and the date each one was last checked.
There is no named individual reviewer beside those dates, because no individual has signed the material off. When that changes, the name and the credential beside it will both be verifiable, and the credential will be one we can evidence.
Rules and figures change. Where a page states an amount, a threshold or a date, check the source before acting on it. Nothing on the site is advice on your own affairs.
